Impacts

The MoNA collaboration's impacts extend beyond our experimental results and publications. Over a quarter of MoNA students have gone on to earn PhDs, and many of those stay within the nuclear physics community.  At least ten are now faculty members at various institutions and some are staff scientists at national laboratories.

Employment

Most MoNA students remain working in STEM fields. The job distribution of MoNA students (82% reported). 46 students are still in college, 40 students are currently in graduate school, 130 are employed in STEM fields, 20 are in non-STEM fields, is shown on the right.
